Enquiries and attachments
When you submit the form, your contact details, location, project information, appointment preferences, invoice or enquiry references, consent and attachments are stored in the website’s protected database and file storage for review by the authorised owner of RENDER & FINISH PTY LTD (ABN 13 686 553 891). Files are not placed in a public gallery. The information is used to respond to your enquiry and plan the requested work. Do not submit identity documents, payment information or unrelated sensitive material.
Details remain available to the team for follow-up and project records. To request access, correction or removal, contact office@renderandfinish.com.au or call 0480 533 620. A reference number is displayed after saving; the website does not send an automatic confirmation email.
Essential session and security data
An essential, secure session cookie supports enquiry submission, upload permissions and request verification. It expires after two hours. Temporary request counters help limit spam and excessive use; their identifiers are protected using a keyed hash. The hosting service may also process technical request information under its own arrangements. This website does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
Customer guide and optional AI
The chat tells you whether AI is connected or the prepared website guide is being used. Prepared answers run in your browser. When AI is connected, messages you submit and recent conversation context are sent through our server to OpenAI to generate a reply; provider processing follows its applicable terms and privacy arrangements. Do not put sensitive information in chat.
The application does not save chat conversations to its enquiry database. Messages remain in the current page until you clear them or leave. The AI is not given access to enquiry records or uploaded files. Chat is automated and not monitored by a team member; use the enquiry form to contact the team. Technical request processing by providers is separate from this application’s chat storage.
Security and your choices
Enquiry requests are validated on the server, uploads have size and file-type limits, and inbox access is restricted to the authorised owner. No website can promise absolute security. Share only the information needed to understand the work and contact you.
